AI Chamber Legal Group – Inaugural Meeting

Members-only event

The inaugural meeting of the AI Chamber Legal Group will mark the formal launch of a permanent legal working group within AI Chamber.

While an informal group of legally oriented members has been active for some time, this meeting establishes the group in its official form. The Legal Group will meet on a regular basis to discuss current legal challenges affecting the AI ecosystem, as well as upcoming legislation, with the aim of contributing to AI Chamber’s positions in public consultations and other policy processes.

Who is this event for?

This event is open to AI Chamber Members with an interest in:

• legal and regulatory compliance in the AI and digital space, and/or

• European and national legislative developments impacting the AI ecosystem.

Future meetings will be limited to Legal Group members; however, joining the group will remain possible at any stage.

Agenda

The meeting will focus on key legislative processes relevant to AI Chamber members, including:

• State of AI Act implementation (including the latest Polish draft text) and the “stop the clock” initiative

• Digital Omnibus package – overview of proposals and next steps

• Ongoing European Commission consultations, including:

  • Digital Fitness Check

  • GPAI / TDM

  • Digital Omnibus (draft AI Chamber positions)

• AOB

The session will also be used to define the structure and operating model of the Legal Group, including meeting cadence, agenda-setting, consultation processes, and collaboration formats.

Outcome

Input from this meeting will inform the Legal Group’s priorities, agenda and working methods for 2026.
