Oxford-Style Debate: Women in the AI Revolution – Left Out or Taking Over?

On June 3, AI Chamber had the pleasure of hosting a bold and thought-provoking Oxford-style debate as a side event of the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2025.
The motion?
“Will women be left out of the AI revolution – or will they take it over?”
We didn’t seek to settle the answer — but to challenge assumptions, spark uncomfortable questions, and invite open dialogue at the intersection of technology and society.
Moderated brilliantly by Jakub Janas, the debate brought together two teams with opposing views and sharp arguments:
In support of the motion (“Women will be left out”):
– Małgorzata Orzechowska – CEO, ReasonField Lab
– Rafał Wyziński – Partner, RK Legal
– Ewa Bojanowska – Partner Manager, Laurens Coster & FOTC
Against the motion (“Women will lead the revolution”):
– Wiktoria Wójcik – Co-founder & CSO, inStreamly
– Dominik Goss – Co-founder, Inwedo & Coffideas
– Jan Zaworski – Associate Director, Colliers
The audience actively participated in both voting rounds and a post-debate Q&A, and many shared how refreshing it was to witness a panel focused on constructive disagreement and collective insight.
A huge thank you to Colliers for hosting us in their incredible new HQ, and to Coffideas for their unique networking game that brought even more energy to the room.
At AI Chamber, we don’t take sides — we create space. Space for conversation, contradiction, and meaningful change.
Want more of that?
Follow us and stay tuned. The conversation continues.
